Joint Statement of Unity Approved by the School Board
At the meeting on Monday, April 12, 2021, the School Board approved a Joint Statement of Unity. The statement has been signed by our School Board President, School District Superintendent, and the President of the Camp Hill Education Association. The statement reads as follows,
“At this time, our shared plan and full expectation is to begin the fall school year with a five day, in-person instructional model. The best approach to offering the remote option will be finalized over the summer.” Click here to view the signed statement.
The District Administration and School Board committees are actively working to prepare for the 2021-22 school year. Planning efforts are focused on instructional and operational considerations which include an assessment of potential remote instructional options. It is the goal of the District Administration to work closely with our school board committees to recommend the 2021-2022 school year instructional model over the coming weeks to allow for planning and preparation time over the summer. We will continue to update the community throughout this process.
