Richard Guerry is the founder of the Institute for Responsible Online and Cell-Phone Communication (IROC2).  He worked as an executive in the information technology field and now speaks to students, parents, educators, and law enforcement personnel on the importance of preventing and avoiding digital issues.  Richard is also the author of multiple cyber safety books and has been a featured speaker at numerous national and international conferences.
