District Responsibilities
  • Leads and manages the academic and operational functions of Hoover Elementary School, our Kindergarten through 2nd grade building, while fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.
  • Guides instructional best practices to support student achievement, monitor data to inform decision-making, and ensures curriculum alignment with state standards.
  • Collaborates with faculty and staff, students, and families to promote positive behavior, student well-being, and a strong sense of community.

About Mrs. Czarnecki
Mrs. Czarnecki is originally from Towson, MD.  She lives in the area with her husband, Dave, who is also a principal, and they have 3 sons and a male dog named Colt. Prior to coming to Camp Hill SD, she was the Assistant Principal at Central York High School in York, PA.  Prior to that, she was the Assistant Principal at Franklin Sherman Elementary School in McLean, VA, an Elementary Teacher (Grades 3 and 5) at Sleepy Hollow Elementary School in Falls Church, VA and a Grade 3 Teacher at Pine Crest Elementary School in Silver Spring, MD. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising and teaching Body Pump fitness classes, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends in our pool.
 
Which Lion PRIDE trait do you model for our students?
I try to model all of the traits but tend to focus on the "P" positive attitude the most. This is important to model for our youngest students especially when they are just learning how to do school and things are hard.
 
What makes being a part of the Camp Hill SD community special?
We are one big community family that supports all kids!
