About Mrs. Ackerman
Mrs. Ackerman is originally from Pennsylvania. She is married and has two grown children. Prior to coming to Camp Hill SD, she taught for two years in Big Spring School District as a fourth grade and fifth grade teacher. In her free time, she enjoys reading, taking walks, shopping, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
What is your favorite part of working in Camp Hill SD?
Choosing only one favorite part of working in Camp Hill is hard, but I think one of the best parts for me is teaching in a building where I can continue to follow students' journeys after they leave sixth grade. I love being able to continue our relationships as they grow and progress through the rest of middle school and high school.

Positive Attitude--I model a positive attitude each day. Having a positive attitude is important in all aspects of life.
What advice do you have for our students?
