Mr. Daniel D. Serfass, Superintendent

District Responsibilities Overview:  Mr. Serfass is responsible for the administration of the District under the direction of the Board of School Directors and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the District. In accordance with Camp Hill School District’s mission and vision, he is tasked with planning and initiating programs related to the organizational, operational, and educational functions of the District and is ultimately responsible for their execution. He provides the Board both short-term goals and long-term strategic plans and establishes methods for evaluating the operational effectiveness of the District.

Dr. Daniel Borrelli, Assistant to the Superintendent for Curriculum, Assessment, and Instruction

District Responsibilities Overview:  Dr. Borrelli leads the curriculum writing process for the district, overseeing the writing, implementation, evaluation, and revision of curriculum on a six-year cycle across all subject areas. He chairs the Professional Growth Committee, which is responsible for coordinating and guiding professional learning for all administrators, faculty, and support staff. He manages the District's compliance with Federal Program regulations.  In addition, he serves as the District Assessment Coordinator, managing all state standardized assessments and providing oversight and consultation for the administration and use of local assessments.

Mrs. Eileen Czarnecki, Hoover Elementary School Principal

District Responsibilities Overview:  Mrs. Czarnecki is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for our youngest learners at our Kindergarten through 2nd grade building. She oversees the daily school operations at Hoover, including supervision of staff, implementation of curriculum, and support for early childhood instruction. She collaborates with families and staff to promote student growth, address behavioral and academic needs, and foster a strong school community. 

Dr. Sandra Fauser, Eisenhower Elementary School Principal

District Responsibilities Overview:  Dr. Fauser is responsible for leading and managing the academic and operational functions of Eisenhower, our 3rd through 5th grade building, while fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment. She guides instructional practices to support student achievement, monitor data to inform decision-making, and ensures curriculum alignment with state standards. She works closely with staff, students, and families to promote positive behavior, student well-being, and a strong sense of community.

Mrs. Tonya Ivey, Executive Assistant to the Superintendent

District Responsibilities Overview:  Mrs. Ivey provides direct support to the Superintendent and plays a key role in supporting School Board members and managing Board processes. She coordinates with the District Leadership Team and the School Board to lead the development, review, and revision of district policies. In addition, she oversees public relations and creates community communications that highlight School Board matters and District accomplishments. She also serves as the District's liaison to The Lion Foundation. 

Mr. Jacob June, Athletic Director

District Responsibilities Overview:  Mr. June manages all district athletic teams, events, and activities, ensuring they align with district policies and educational goals. He recruits, trains, and evaluates coaches and athletic staff to uphold high standards of performance, integrity, and sportsmanship. In his role, he enforces all applicable league, state, and federal regulations, including those related to eligibility, Title IX, and the health and safety of student-athletes. Additionally, he develops and oversees athletic budgets, coordinates schedules and transportation, and ensures the proper maintenance of sports facilities and equipment.

Mrs. Kerry Martin, Director of Business and Operations

District Responsibilities Overview:  Mrs. Martin provides fiscal leadership to District staff and board members while overseeing the overall operations of the school district. As the Business Administrator, she is responsible for comprehensive financial management, including budgeting, purchasing, accounting, payroll, auditing, debt management, tax collection, risk and insurance, cash management, human resources, buildings and grounds, and the school lunch program. In addition, she serves as the Board Secretary, attending all School Board meetings and ensuring accurate minutes and records are maintained for the Board.

Mr. Ethan McKellar, Director of The Pollock Center

District Responsibilities Overview:  Mr. McKellar is responsible for fulfilling the vision of the Grace Milliman Pollock Performing Arts Center, including program growth, revenue generation, operation and maintenance. He develops programs to enhance arts, dance, music, and theater programs for the District and community. He coordinates with administration and Fine Arts staff to prepare for District events, including concerts, music festivals, and opening day activities, and acts as a consultant for all other major performance events throughout the District. He also oversees all District drama programs and supervises related extra-duty contracts.

Ms. Sherri McNamara, Camp Hill Middle School/High School Assistant Principal

District Responsibilities Overview:  Ms. McNamara supports the educational leadership and daily operations of both our Middle School and High School. She closely collaborates with both building's principals, staff, and students to promote academic excellence, positive behavior, and school-wide improvement initiatives. Her daily responsibilities include assisting with student discipline, staff supervision, and implementation of district policies and programs across the secondary level. 

Ms. Autumn Reely, Director of Student Services and Special Education

District Responsibilities Overview:  Ms. Reely provides oversight of K-12 programming for special education, gifted education, English Language Development, and 504 Service Agreements.  She coordinates District services, including student registration, school-based counseling, homelessness, residency, cyber-charter school enrollment, homebound education, and nursing services.  She also works in collaboration with  other administrators to support school counseling and guidance services, including our online learning program, The Lion Academy.  

Mrs. Amanda Rhinehart, Director of Technology

District Responsibilities Overview:  Mrs. Rhinehart integrates technology-based learning opportunities into the District, leading professional development and modeling instructional best practices to support technology integration throughout our classrooms.  She manages all of the District's technology, including hardware and software, as well as all technology-based systems.  She ensures the safety, security, and reliability of the District's network and infrastructure, coordinating with other local entities to safeguard these systems and data.  She also serves as the website architect for our District website and other communication platforms.

Mrs. Lauren Russell, Director of Human Resources

District Responsibilities Overview:  Mrs. Russell manages the job application and employee onboarding process.  She coordinates employee benefits, including explaining coverage options to prospective staff, entering initial enrollment, and managing the annual open enrollment process.  She oversees employee and employment compliance matters, including employee leave, investigations, professional staff certification, and employment clearances.  She provides guidance to the District leadership to project staffing needs to meet needs to meet student requirements and budgetary limitations.

Mr. Nicholas Snider, Camp Hill Middle School Principal

District Responsibilities Overview:  Mr. Snider provides leadership and oversight for all academic and operational aspects of Camp Hill Middle School, serving students in grades 6th through 8th.  He fosters a supportive and inclusive environment that meets the academic, social, and emotional needs of early adolescents. He leads instructional improvement efforts, uses data to guide decisions, and ensures curriculum and programs are aligned with state standards and district goals. Through collaboration with staff, students, and families, he promotes positive school culture, student success, and a supportive community.

Mr. Todd Stroup, Director of Building and Grounds

District Responsibilities Overview:  Mr. Stroup supervises day-to-day operations of all maintenance and custodial staff to maintain building systems and the exterior appearance of all District property.  He develops long-term projections and annual budgets that recommend ongoing maintenance contracts, building needs, equipment replacement, and supplies.  He leads the school district planning and facilitation of renovations, as well as new construction and secures specifications and oversees all projects.  He also is responsible for the physical safety and security measures across the District and serves as our Safety and Security Coordinator.

Mr. Mark Ziegler, Camp Hill High School Principal

District Responsibilities Overview:  Mr. Ziegler provides leadership and oversight of all academic, operational, and extracurricular programs to ensure a safe, inclusive, and high-performing learning environment. He guides instructional practices, use data to drive continuous improvement, and ensures alignment with state standards and district goals. He collaborates with staff, students, families, and community partners to foster engagement and support student growth. A key focus of his role includes promoting college and career readiness by developing programs and experiences that prepare students for success beyond graduation.
