The Health Services Department is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for schools. Our school nurses are here to care for your child if they become ill or injured at school or if they have chronic health problems. School nurses provide other services, such as administering medication, providing health teaching, and serving as a resource to connect your child with agencies or providers in the community. Your school nurse works closely with parents, teachers, counselors, and principals to support your child in the educational setting. It is important for us to partner together to have a safe and healthy school year!
