English as a Second Language: Middle School and High School
Degrees and Certifications:
Mrs. Julia DeCesar
Welcome to English as a Second Language at Camp Hill Middle School and High School. In our class, my goal is to set students up for success by developing English reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
I am originally from Wilmington, Delaware, and received my undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware. In 2007, I began teaching middle school Language Arts in the School District of Philadelphia. While living and working in Philadelphia, I attained my Masters from the University of Pennsylvania. My husband and I moved to Harrisburg in 2012, and I became certified as an English as a Second Language Program Specialist while teaching in Susquehanna Township. I am excited to join the Camp Hill School District this year! In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors, running, traveling, and spending time with my husband, my son, and our dog!
