Public Records Information
The Board recognizes the importance of public records as the record of the district’s actions and the repository of information about the district. The public has the right under law (Right to Know Law) to inspect, to access and to procure copies of public records, with certain exceptions, subject to the law, Board policy and administrative regulations.Right to Know requests will only be fulfilled if submitted by a person that is a legal resident of the United States. Anonymous requests will not be fulfilled.
