Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment

Welcome to Camp Hill School District's Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment website! Here, you'll find  information about our curriculum wiring process, links to our current curriculum, and information about state standards.

To comply with state regulations, CHSD uses state standards adopted by the State Board of Education in wiring curriculum.  More information about the State Academic Standards can be found at the State Board of Education Website.

Per School Board Policy 105, CHSD has established procedures for curriculum development, evaluation and modification.  CHSD uses a 3-stage, 6-year cycle.  In years 1 and 2, staff are designing and developing curriculum.  In years 3 and 4 staff are implementing and delivering curriculum.  Lastly, in years 5 and 6, staff are evaluating and reviewing curriculum.

Once the curriculum is completed by staff, the curriculum is reviewed by the department chair(s), the building principal, the Assistant to the Superintendent for Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment, and presented to the Curriculum and Extracurricular Activities Committee, before being published on the website.

CHSD uses EduPlanet21 as a curriculum warehouse.  Currently completed curriculum can be found on the CHSD Eduplanet21 Website by clicking EduPlanet21 Icon below.

Please note, as the district has transitioned to EduPlanet21, not all courses have been updated in this current format.
