Board Work Sessions and Meetings are held at 7:00 PM in the Board Room, DAO.

Meeting Agendas may be accessed in the district's Agenda Manager system here: https://app.agendamanager.com/chsd/meetings, 24 hours prior to the meeting start time.

Public Comment:

The Board welcomes citizens' comments with a limit of five (5) minutes per presenter. Our goal is to listen, and it’s established practice for Board members to not respond to speakers in any way.  Those seeking direct responses are encouraged to email the Superintendent. Please include your phone number.  Ideally, you'll hear back within two business days, either with a complete answer or a contact person for follow up. Email info is on the website.

If you wish to comment:

 ·       Please raise your hand or if you’re online, click the raise hand icon.

·       The host will invite you to speak, alternating between in-person and virtual participants.

·       Please state your name before you begin. 

·       When a virtual participant has finished, the host will mute their microphone. 

·       Speech will only be interrupted if there is a violation of policy 903, available on the district website.
