Board Work Sessions and Meetings are held at 7:00 PM in the Board Room at the District Administration Office. To attend Board Work Sessions/Meetings virtually using Zoom, click the button below or dial by telephone using the number. Public Comment
The Board welcomes citizens' comments with a limit of five (5) minutes per presenter. Questions and comments concerning individual staff members, students, or your own children will not be addressed at a public meeting. Speech will be interrupted if there is a violation of Board Policy 903.
If you wish to comment:
- Please raise your hand (in person) or click the raise hand icon (virtually).
- The host will invite you to speak, alternating between in-person and virtual participants (virtual participants will be unmuted).
- Please state your name before you begin.
- When a virtual participant has finished commenting, the host will mute your microphone to avoid unintended noise.
Technical Notes
- Those choosing to attend via phone (using the phone number provided above) will not be able to use the raise hand feature and therefore, not able to submit public comment.
