Camp Hill Field Hockey

    Preseason begins Monday, August 13th 

    Girls should be in the gym ready for meeting at 8 am. OK to bring a snack as we won't work out until we get on the turf at 9:00.  

    -Girls should be prepared for indoor and outdoor activities.  Bring water bottle and wear sunscreen/best to avoid black or dark shirts on the turf.  

    Generally week one we run double sessions...turf time from 9 = 11:30 and afternoon practices at the field 3:30 - 5;30

    Goals for off-season:  Increase Strength, Agility, Personal Stick-skills and Communication (on the field)
