About Theresa Solenberger, Elementary Instructional Reading Aide

     Mrs. Solenberger graduated from Shippensburg University with a Bachelor's Degree in secondary education, social studies.  She then continued enriching her expertise with education graduate classes.

     This is Mrs. Solenberger's twenty-fourth year of teaching.  For about ten years, she taught high school social studies in Cumberland Valley and Mechanicsburg Area School Districts, as well as Trinity High School. After time at home with her own children, Mrs. Solenberger taught preschool at Silver Spring Presbyterian Church Preschool for twelve years.  This is her second year with Mrs. Carter in the Reading Academy.

     Mrs. Solenberger has two grown children who graduated from the Cumberland Valley School District.  When Mrs. Solenberger is not teaching, she's off on walks with her dogs, reading, and spending time with her family.
