For my daily post, I would like to share something I am doing to stay balanced. I signed up for an on-line course called the Science of Wellbeing and it essentially is a course on the Science of Happiness.
Week 2 assignment for me -
1. Work on "Savoring" a moment each day - enjoy something with all your senses :). Take a picture to track the moment...
2. This week I am keeping a "Gratitude Journal" - each day list 5 things for which you are grateful. Make an ongoing list on notes in your phone or it before you go to bed each night...
