About Suzanne Carter, Elementary Reading Specialist

            Mrs. Carter graduated from Lock Haven University with a Bachelor’s Degree in elementary education with a concentration in reading and from Pennsylvania State University with a Master’s Degree in teaching and curriculum with a reading specialist certificate.  Her over 30 years of teaching experience include substitute teaching, grades three and five, instructional reading aide, and instructional support teacher.  This is Mrs. Carter’s twenty-first year with the Camp Hill School District and her fifteenth year as a reading specialist with the District.  She is the mother of a son who is a Camp Hill graduate. When Mrs. Carter is not at school, you can find her taking a walk with her husband or a friend, reading, doing jigsaw puzzles, and spending time with her family.
