Mrs. Smeltzer

I grew up in Connecticut, but decided to head "south" to the University of Maryland for college (Go Terps!). I earned my undergraduate degree with a double major in mathematics and math education. I spent 3 years in Maryland teaching at a middle school while getting my masters degree in education before I moved to the Harrisburg area. I taught 2 years at Central Dauphin East High School before I made my way to Camp Hill. I have had the opportunity to teach all levels of math, and this is my 16th year in the Camp Hill School District!

My husband and I have two children who keep us very busy! This summer we added to our family by adopting our dog, Chloe. I love sports, but especially volleyball, football, and basketball. In my spare time I love traveling, cooking (really just the eating part!), shopping, and trying new things. I love teaching math, and I am looking forward to a fantastic school year!!
