About Mr. Jack

  • About Me

I grew up in New Jersey, where I met Mrs. Jack (in 7th grade). I went to Palmyra High School. Isn't it funny...there is a Palmyra in NJ, too?! In high school I enjoyed drawing and painting, football, baseball, and basketball.

From there I went on to Muhlenberg College, in Allentown, PA. I enjoyed playing on the football and baseball teams. I also continued drawing and painting as I majored in Art, while getting my certification to teach. I liked it so much in Pennsylvania that I decided I wanted to live here, rather than stay in New Jersey. So we moved to Camp Hill! What an awesome town, eh?

So I moved to Pennsylvania just after graduating and getting married and I taught in the West Shore School District for 15 years, mostly math but some other subjects, too. And this year will be my 10th year teaching at Camp Hill.

I have three children, Noah (21), Ella (19) and Anika (17). They keep me quite busy. But when there is free time, Mrs. Jack and I enjoy sitting on our front porch, playing tennis, and hiking. I also enjoy drawing and painting, lifting weights and playing guitar.
