Congratulations to Wyatt Beddow, 4th grade student in Mrs. Hatch's class at Hoover Elementary. Wyatt read his winning essay about his great aunt's historical accomplishments within the mining industry at the Capitol Rotunda on March 8. Wyatt's essay was read to honor Women's History Month.
